SEPARATE 50/50 DRAW
50/50 Draw Rules of Play
The 50/50 Draw is a separate raffle with its own licence, prize structure and Rules of Play.
AGCO Licence: RAF1566094
Event period: July 23 through October 8, 2026
Game and electronic raffle system
The 50/50 Draw is a separate online raffle conducted using an electronic raffle system (ERS) approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and operated by charitable gaming supplier Rafflebox Technologies Inc. The draw is conducted using the same ERS.
The winning number is determined by random number generator software integral to the ERS. Only one winning number will be drawn. The odds of winning depend on the total number of 50/50 draw numbers issued.
Ticket sales and prices
Ticket sales commence on Thursday July 23, 2026 and end at 7:00pm ET on Thursday October 8, 2026.
50/50 ticket prices are 5 for $10, 20 for $20, 75 for $50, and 200 for $100.
Draw and prize
The draw occurs at 7:00pm ET on Thursday October 8, 2026 at the Wasaga RecPlex (1724 Mosley Street) in Wasaga Beach, Ontario.
The amount of the 50/50 Draw prize will be determined based on the total value of all 50/50 Draw tickets sold. The winner receives 50% of the gross revenue collected through 50/50 ticket sales.
Eligibility and draw numbers
Ticket purchasers must be in the Province of Ontario and at least 18 years of age at the time of ticket purchase. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of persons under 18 years of age.
By purchasing a lottery ticket, purchasers acknowledge that they have read, understand and agree to these Rules of Play.
Ticket purchasers will receive a purchase receipt that includes their 50/50 Draw numbers. Draw numbers are determined by the electronic raffle system. Purchasers cannot request specific numbers as numbers are generated randomly.
Publication, notification and prize claims
Ticket purchase implies consent for the Rotary Club of Wasaga Beach to release the winner’s name, municipality of residence, and likeness for promotional and official reporting purposes.
The winning number will be published at www.CorvetteLottery.com not later than the day after the draw. The winner will be notified by mail, email or phone within ten days of the draw and provided instructions about how to claim the prize.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and claimed within six months of the draw date. The winner must provide verification of identity and age, using a valid provincial or federal photo identification document (i.e., driver’s license, passport, etc.), to claim the prize.
Participation restrictions
Members of the Rotary Club of Wasaga Beach and other persons or companies involved in the conduct or management of this raffle lottery are prohibited from purchasing a ticket.
Draw procedure and contingencies
A neutral third party (that is, a person who has not purchased a ticket) will initiate the draw sequence using the ERS dashboard.
In the unlikely event that the draw is postponed due to technical difficulty, power interruption, emergency or other unforeseen event, the Rotary Club of Wasaga Beach will remedy the situation, then conduct the draw and announce the winner at the earliest possible opportunity.
Privacy and unclaimed prize
The Rotary Club of Wasaga Beach is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information. The Club will use ticket purchasers’ personal information to administer the lottery. The Club will also use personal information to send current and future lottery-related communications to ticket purchasers who provide express consent to use their personal information for that specific purpose.
If the prize is not claimed, it will be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. If at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to its fair market value must be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.
